Welcome to MoodPlayer. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

MoodPlayer is a multimedia application that allows users to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your violation of any third party right, including any intellectual property right or privacy right
• Any User Content you submit or transmit through the service

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Is harmful to other users, us, or third parties

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.
